盐环境下BFRP板加固钢筋混凝土梁受力性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究盐环境下BFRP板加固钢筋混凝土梁的受力性能,对10根BFRP板加固钢筋混凝土梁分别开展了盐环境下的老化试验和单调静力加载试验,考察了盐溶液浓度、浸泡时间等参数对其受力性能的影响。试验结果表明:在浓度为3.5%、7.0%和10.0%的盐溶液中分别浸泡60 d、120 d和180 d后,BFRP板加固钢筋混凝土梁的极限承载力并未明显下降,但试件的极限变形能力随着盐溶液浓度和浸泡时间的增加呈降低趋势;在最终破坏阶段,BFRP板通常与钢筋混凝土梁剥离,随浸泡时间的增加,剥离破坏面逐渐由梁底混凝土向BFRP板和混凝土梁的界面处转移。 To study the mechanical performance of reinforced concrete ( RC ) beams strengthened with BFRP plates in salt environment, weathering tests and monotonic static tests were carried out on ten RC beams strengthened with BFRP plates respectively. Influence of parameters including concentrations of slat solution and soaking time on the mechanical performance of the beams was investigated. Experimental tests showed that the ultimate bearing capacity of the beams little decreased after they were soaked in salt solutions with concentrations of 3. 5% ,7. 0% and 10.0% for 60,120 and 180 days respectively. However, the ultimate deformation capacity of the beams presented downward trends with the increase of solution concentration and soaking time. Debonding between BFRP plates and RC beams usually happened at the final failure stages. The debonding failure surfaces gradually moved from concrete at the bottom of the RC beams to the interfaces between BFRP plates and RC beams over time.
