摘要
为研究给水管道接口的力学性能,确定地震作用下接口的抗拉拔强度,对我国市政供水系统常用的DN150、DN200和DN300管径的球墨铸铁管道胶圈柔性接口进行了轴向拉拔试验研究。通过试验,给出了管道胶圈柔性接口的极限渗漏位移和最大拉力值,并指出了管道柔性接口轴向拉力-位移呈明显的非线性关系,以期对我国给水管道柔性接口的抗震分析和震害预测等研究提供基础数据。
This paper carries out the pull-out test on the rubber gasket joint of ductile cast iron pipeline, which is commonly used in the urban water supply pipe network system. By applying tension at the ends of DN150,DN200 and DN300 pipe,the relationships between axial drawing force and displacement are obtained. The maximum axial force and the leakage displacement are given and the nonlinear relationships between axial drawing force and displacement are pointed out.
