水平拼缝位置不同的预制装配式剪力墙抗震性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了水平拼缝位置不同的预制装配式剪力墙的抗震性能,为其在实际工程中的应用和推广提供参考。采用力与位移混合加载制度,对2个轴压比为0.18的预制装配式剪力墙足尺试件和1个现浇剪力墙足尺试件进行了低周反复荷载试验。其中,预制试件的竖向钢筋采用直螺纹灌浆套筒连接,并分别选取不同水平拼缝位置:地梁顶部和地梁顶部上方600 mm。水平拼缝位置不同的预制试件和现浇试件都属于压弯破坏,但破坏形态不同,预制试件容易在水平拼缝处形成通缝;水平拼缝上移后,预制试件在承载力、延性、耗能能力等方面有明显提高,而水平拼缝在地梁顶部的预制试件的变形能力、刚度退化、耗能能力均与现浇试件相近。在低周反复荷载作用下,预制装配式剪力墙与现浇剪力墙力学性能相近;水平拼缝上移后的预制试件的受力性能要比水平拼缝在地梁顶部的预制试件的受力性能更佳;直螺纹灌浆套筒可以有效传递钢筋应力,使套筒上下的钢筋协调工作,其研究结果可为其今后在实际工程中应用推广提供试验依据及参考。 Seismic behavior of precast concrete shear wall with the different positions of horizontal seams were studied in this paper,so as to provide references for the engineering field. 2 precast shear wall specimens and a cast-in-place specimen with axial compression ratio of 0. 18 with full scale were tested under cyclic loading. In this loading system,force and displacement control were used. The 2 precast specimens were spliced by straight thread-grout sleeves,and selected the different positions of horizontal seams:the top of the ground beam and the top of the ground beam 600 mm. The test results showed that flexural failure appeared in both precast specimens with the different positions of horizontal seams and cast-in-place specimen,but the damage forms were different:horizontal through crack appeared in the post pouring strip of precast specimen easily. The bearing capacity, ductility and energy dissipation capacity of precast specimen were significantly improved with the position of horizontal seam moved up. Deform-ability, stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity of the position of horizontal seam on the top of the ground beam of the precast specimen were similar to the cast-in-place specimen. Under quasi-static loading,the mechanical properties of precast specimens are slimier to that of cast-in-place one. The mechanical performance of the precast specimen with the position of horizontal seam moved up is better than the position of horizontal seam on the top of the ground beam of the precast specimen. The straight thread-grout sleeves can effectively transfer stresses and make the reinforcement work coordinately. The results of the study for the future in practical engineering application promotion provide experimental basis and reference.
