纤维掺量对高延性水泥基复合材料塑性收缩的影响

摘要 早期塑性收缩对高延性水泥基复合材料(ECC)应用效果有直接影响。通过非接触式收缩试验研究了纤维掺量对ECC早期塑性收缩的影响。结果表明,在掺量小于0.9%时,随着聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维体积掺量的增加,早期塑性收缩量逐渐减小,但纤维掺量超过0.9%后,早期塑性收缩值趋于稳定。基于试验结果,通过回归分析提出了适用于高纤维掺量的ECC早期塑性收缩值预测公式。 Application of engineered cementitious composite ( ECC ) was directly influenced by early plastic shrinkage. The effect of fiber volume fraction on early plastic shrinkage of ECC was researched by means of non-contact sensor. The results showed that the early plastic shrinkage of ECC decreased with the increasing of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber volume fraction,whose content was from 0 to 0. 9%. However, the early plastic shrinkage stabilized when the fiber volume fraction was more than 0. 9 % . Formula for predicting early shrinkage of high fiber volume fraction ECC was designed by regression analysis based on the test results.
