青海省海西州德都蒙古文化旅游产业发展探讨

文化旅游产业是拉动青海省海西州地区经济发展的一条切实可行的道路,发展民族地区文化旅游产业就必须将当地民族文化与自然景观结合起来,走文化旅游创新之路。文中在分析青海省德都蒙古文化旅游产业发展基础上,利用SWOT分析得出政策优势、区位优势以及规划引领优势是发展德都蒙古文化旅游的优势所在;劣势主要体现在区域定位难度大、品牌宣传难度大、复合性人才缺乏、基础薄弱、思想观念落后、文化和旅游结合不紧密、制度不健全、政策支撑力不够等。通过与国内外其他区域文化旅游发展比较,本文针对德都蒙古文化旅游产业发展,提出了加大文化宣传和品牌推广力度、建立健全德都蒙古文化旅游制度建设、加强文化旅游设施建设、加大德都蒙古文化园区建设力度、引进和培育复合性人才、加大旅游文化产业开发力度等对策和建议。

Cultural tourism industry is a feasible way to stimulate economic development in Haixi, Qinghai. It is necessary to combine the local ethnic culture and natural landscape to develop the cul-tural tourism in minority area, which is a road to cultural tourism innovation. Based on the analysis of current situation of the development of Deed Mongol cultural tourism industry park, the strength of cultural tourism in policy, location and planning to leading are pointed out by using the SWOT anal-ysis, The weakness are mainly manifested in difficulty of regional positioning, brand publicity, lac-king of compound talents, weak foundation, backward idea, loose connections between culture and tourism,imperfect system and weak policy supports. Compared with other regional cultural tourism development at home and abroad, the basic strategies and main suggestions for the industry park de-velopment of the Deed Mongol cultural tourism are put forward, i. e. to strengthen cultural publicity and brand promotion,to establish and improve the system construction of the Deed Mongol cultural tourism industry, to strengthen the construction of cultural and tourism facilities, to intensify the building of the Deed Mongol cultural tourism industry park, to introduce and to cultivate the com-pound talents, to increase the strengthening of policy support.
