摘要
目的观察康复新液辅助治疗肺结核合并糖尿病的疗效及对糖化血红蛋白与T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法将128例肺结核合并糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各64例,对照组给予单纯化疗治疗,观察组在此基础上辅以康复新液辅助治疗,统计2组治疗6个月后临床疗效,观察2组治疗前及治疗6个月后糖化血红蛋白、T淋巴细胞亚群水平变化情况及用药安全性。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后HbA1c水平均明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CD4^+水平及CD4^+/CD8+~值均显著高于治疗前及对照组(P均<0.05),CD8^+水平显著低于治疗前及对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组药物不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液辅治肺结核合并糖尿病临床疗效确切,可明显降低血糖水平,调节T淋巴细胞亚群水平,且可降低化疗药物毒性作用。
Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes and its influence on glycated hemoglobin and T lymphocyte subsets. Methods 128 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 64 cases in each group. The patients were treated with chemotherapy alone in the control group, and with Kangfuxin Liquid adjuvant therapy in the observation group on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The clinical curative effect of the 2 groups after 6 months treatment was counted, and the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) and T lymphocyte subsets and the safety of administration were observed before and after treatment in the 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (F 〈0. 05) . After treatment, the levels of HbAlc in the 2 groups were significantly lower (all F 〈0. 05) , and that of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (F 〈 0. 05 ) ; the levels of CD4 ^+ and CD4^ + /CD8 ^+ in the observation group was significantly higher than those before treatment and in the control group but the CD8 ^+ levels was significantly lower than those before treatment and in the control group ( all F 〈 0. 05 ) . The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (F 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Kangfuxin Liquid in adjuvant treatment of pulmonar)^ tuberculosis with diabetes is exact, it can significantly reduce blood sugar levels, regulating the level of T lymphocyte subsets, and it can reduce the toxicity of chemotherapeutic drugs.
