伐地那非、阿昔莫司联合中药治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍疗效观察

Curative effect of vardenafil,acipimox combined with traditional Chinese medicine in diabetic erectile dysfunction

目的观察伐地那非、阿昔莫司联合中药治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的效果。方法将180例肾虚血瘀型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组各90例,对照组予以伐地那非、阿昔莫司治疗,观察组在此基础上联合自拟温肾活血通络汤中药治疗,2组均连续治疗12周,观察2组临床疗效、治疗前后IIEF-5评分及用药安全性。结果观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的IIEF-5评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论伐地那非、阿昔莫司联合自拟温肾活血通络汤治疗肾虚血瘀型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍疗效显著,可改善阴茎勃起功能,且用药安全性较高。

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of vardenafil, acipimox combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction. Methods One hundred and eighty cases of diabetic erectile dysfunction patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into observation group and control group, there was 90 cases in each group. The patients were treated with vardenafil and acipimox in the control group, and with traditional Chinese medicine warming kidney, activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group in the observation group. The two groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks, then the clinical efficacy, IIEF-5 score before and after treatment, and safety of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈0. 05） ; the IIEF-5 score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （F 〈0. 05） ; there was no significant difference in the incidence of ad-verse reactions between the 2 groups （P 〉 0 .0 5 ） . Conclusion The effect of vardenafil, and acipimox combined with warming kidney, activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals decoction on the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type diabetes erectile dysfunction is remarkable, the penis erectile function can be improved, and the safety of the medicine is higher.
