息风通络中药联合Schuell刺激法治疗缺血性中风后失语症阴虚风动证疗效及对血清CGRP、ET的影响

Effects of Xifeng Tongluo decoction combined with Schuell stimulation therapy in the treatment of aphasia after ischemic apoplexy for Yin pneumatic syndrome and influence on serum CGRP,ET

目的探讨息风通络中药联合Schuell刺激法治疗缺血性中风后失语症阴虚风动证疗效及对血清降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、血管内皮素(ET)的影响。方法将130例缺血性中风后失语症阴虚风动证患者随机分为2组,对照组65例给予单纯Schuell刺激法治疗,观察组65例在对照组治疗基础上加用息风通络中药辅助治疗,统计2组近期疗效,比较治疗前后中医证候积分、中国康复研究中心失语症检查表(CRRCAE)评分、功能性语言沟通能力量表(CFCP)评分、失语商、CGRP及ET水平。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后中医证候积分和ET水平均显著减低(P均<0.05),听、复述、口头表达、出声读、阅读理解、描写、抄写、听写及计算评分、CFCP评分、失语商及CGRP水平均显著提高(P均<0.05),且观察组上述指标均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论息风通络中药联合Schuell刺激法治疗缺血性中风后失语症阴虚风动证可有效减轻症状体征,改善语言沟通能力,并有助于调节CGRP和ET水平。

Objective It is to investigate the clinical effects of Xifeng Tongluo decoction combined with Schuell stimulation therapy in the treatment of aphasia after ischemic apoplexy for Yin pneumatic syndrome and influence on serum calcitonin gene related peptide （CGRP） and endothelin （ ET） . Methods 130 patients with aphasia after ischemic apoplexy for Yin pneumatic syndrome were chosen and randomly divided into control group （65 patients） treated with Schuell stimulation therapy used a-lone and observation group （65 patients） treated with Xifeng Tongluo decoction on the basis of treatment in control group. The clinical effects for short-term were evaluated, the TCM symptoms scores, Chinese rehabilitation research center aphasia exami-nation scale （CRRCAE） score, functional communication ability scale （CFCP） score, aphasia quotient, the level of ET and CGRP before and after treatment of both groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was signif-icantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . The TCM symptoms scores and level of ET after treatment of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （P 〈 0. 05） . CRRCAE scores such as listening, retelling, oral expression,aloud reading, reading comprehension, description, transcription, dictation and calculation ability, CFCP score and aphasia quotient after treatment of both groups were significantly higher than before treatment（P 〈 0. 05） , and the improvements of these indexes in observation group were better than those in control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Xifeng Tongluo decoction combined with Schuell stimulation therapy can efficiently relieve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve the language com-munication skills and be helpful to regulate the level of CGRP and ET in the treatment of aphasia after ischemic apoplexy for Yin pneumatic syndrome.
