碎石清合剂联合四妙丸治疗湿热蕴结型输尿管结石术后疗效及对双J管相关症状的影响

Effect of calculi clearing mixture with Siniao pill on ureteral stone of syndrome of damt-heat ftagnation after surgery and on correlated symptoms of double J tube

目的探讨碎石清合剂联合四妙丸治疗湿热蕴结型输尿管结石术后疗效及对双J管相关症状的影响。方法将200例湿热蕴结型输尿管结石术后患者随机分为2组,对照组100例于术后给予常规治疗,观察组100例在此基础上给予碎石清合剂联合四妙丸治疗,观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、双J管相关症状评分,统计2组疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 2组治疗后中医证候评分均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组中医证候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后双J管相关症状评分均低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组尿路症状、躯体疼痛症状、身体一般状况及工作能力评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论碎石清合剂联合四妙丸治疗湿热蕴结型输尿管结石术后疗效较佳,可显著降低中医症候评分及双J管相关症状评分,且临床应用安全。

Objective It is to explore the effect of calculi clearing mixture with Siniao pill on ureteral stone of syndrome of damt-heat ftagnation after surgery and on correlated symptoms of double J tube. Methods 200 cases of patients with ureteral stone of syndrome of damt-heat ftagnation after surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group （n = 100） was given conventional treatment after surgery, the observation group （n = 100） was given calculi clearing mixture with Siniao pill on the basis of treatment in the control group. The scores of TCM syndrome and double J tube related symptoms before and af-ter treatment were observed and the curative effect and side effects were evaluated in both groups. Results After treatment, the scores of TCM syndrome were significantly decreased in both groups （P 〈0. 05） , and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈0. 05） ; the scores of double J tube related symptom were lower than those before treatment in both groups （P 〈0. 05） , and the scores of urinary tract symptoms, body pain symptoms, body condi-tion and working ability were lower in observation group than that of control group （P 〈0. 05） . After treatment, the total effective rate was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05） . There was no statistically signifi-cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P 〉0. 05） . Conclusion Calculi clearing mixture with Siniao pill has good effect on ureteral stone of syndrome of damt-heat ftagnation after surgery, they can significantly reduce the scores of TCM symptoms and double J tube related symptoms with good safety.
