益气解毒中药联合靶向药物治疗Her-2阳性晚期乳腺癌疗效及对免疫功能和多重耐药相关蛋白水平的影响

Postoperative effect of Yiqi Jiedu Chinese Medicine with targeted therapy on Her-2 positive advanced breast cancer and on immune function and the level of multiple drug resistance related proteins

目的观察益气解毒中药联合靶向药物治疗Her-2阳性晚期乳腺癌术后患者疗效及对免疫功能、多重耐药相关蛋白水平的影响。方法将130例Her-2阳性晚期乳腺癌术后患者随机分为2组,对照组65例给予靶向药物治疗,观察组65例在此基础上加用益气解毒中药治疗,观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、FACT-B量表评分、T淋巴细胞亚群水平、免疫球蛋白水平及多重耐药相关蛋白水平变化情况,统计2组近期疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后2组气短、乏力、神疲、刺痛且痛有定处、脉络瘀血、皮下瘀斑积分及FACT-B量表评分均显著低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后各项积分均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后对照组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+及免疫球蛋白水平显著降低而CD8^+和多重耐药蛋白水平显著升高(P均<0.05),观察组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+及免疫球蛋白水平显著升高而CD8^+和多重耐药蛋白水平显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组各项指标均较对照组显著改善(P均<0.05)。观察组近期治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气解毒中药联合靶向药物治疗Her-2阳性晚期乳腺癌可有效缓解临床症状,提高生活质量,改善免疫系统功能,下调多重耐药相关蛋白水平,且安全。

Objective It is to observe the effect of Yiqi Jiedu Chinese Medicine with targeted therapy on Her-2 positive advanced breast cancer and on immune function and the level of multiple drug resistance related proteins. Methods 130 cases of patients with Her-2 positive advanced breast cancer after operation were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group （？i = 65） were treated with targeted drug therapy, the observation group （= 65 ） was treated with Yiqi Jiedu Chinese medicine on the basis of treatment in the control group. The changes of TCM syndrome scores, the FACT-B rating scale scores, the levels of T lymphocyte subsets, immunoglobulin and multiple drug resistance related proteins before and after treatment were observed ,the recent curative effects were evaluated and occurrences of side effects were recorded in both groups. Results The scores of shortness of breath, fatigue, spiritlessness, pricking and fixed pain, vein blood stasis, subcutaneous ecchymosis and FACT-B rating scale after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups（F 〈0. 05） , and the scores of ever indexes in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group after treatment （F 〈0.05） . After treatment in control group, the levels of CD4^ ＋,CD4 ^＋ /CD 8^ ＋ and immunoglobulin were significantly decreased （P 〈 0. 05 ） , and that of CD8 ^＋ and multiple drug resistance proteins were significantly increased （ F 〈 0. 05 ） , but in observation group, the levels of CD4^ ＋ , CD4^ ＋ /CD8 ^＋ and immunoglobulin were significantly increased（F 〈0. 05） , and that of CD8 ^＋ and multiple drug resistance proteins were significantly decreased （F 〈0.05） , and the improvements of these indexes in observa-tion group were better than that in control group （ F 〈0. 05） . The recent total effective rate was significantly higher while the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in observation group than those in control group （ F 〈0. 05） . Conclusion Yiqi Jiedu Chinese medicine with targeting therapy can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, improve quality of life and immune system function, down-regulate the levels of multiple drug-resistant related proteins with good safety in the postoperative treatment of Her-2 positive advanced breast cancer.
