清肾解毒汤联合西医治疗糖尿病肾小球硬化症疗效及对血、尿生化指标的影响

Curative effect of Qingshen Jiedu decoction combined with western medicine therapy on diabetic glomerulus sclerosis and influence on biochemical index of blood and urine

目的观察清肾解毒汤联合西医治疗糖尿病肾小球硬化症疗效及对血、尿生化指标的影响。方法将100例糖尿病肾小球硬化症患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组给予缬沙坦配合常规一体化治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予清肾解毒汤治疗,观察2组治疗效果,比较2组治疗前后中医症状积分及血、尿生化指标水平变化情况,统计2组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1个疗程后,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的各项中医症状积分以及24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮水平均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05),肾小球滤过率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清肾解毒汤联合西医治疗糖尿病肾小球硬化症疗效确切,可显著改善血、尿生化指标,从而改善肾功能,且用药安全。

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Qingshen Jiedu decoction combined with western medicine therapy on diabetic glomerulus sclerosis and influence on biochemical index of blood and urine. Methods 100 patients with diabetic glomerulus sclerosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given valsartan with conventional integration treatment, the observation group was given Qingshen Jiedu decoction on the basis of treatment in the control group. The treatment effects were observed, and the changes of Chinese medicine symptom scores and levels of blood and urine biochemical indexes before and after treatment were compared and the occurrence of side effects were recorded in both groups. Results After one course of treatment, the total effectiveness was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group （P 〈0.05） ; the scores of ever TCM and the levels of 24h urine protein quantitation ,serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen were significantly lower while glomerular filtration rate was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Qingshen Jiedu decoction combined with western medicine therapy has good curative effect on diabetic glomerular sclerosis with good safety, they can significantly improve the blood and urine biochemical indicators,thus to improve renal function effectively.
