电化学聚合电流密度对电容器热稳定性的影响

Effects of electrochemical polymerization current density on thermal stability of polypyrrole aluminum electrolytic capacitors

摘要 研究了电化学聚合电流密度对聚吡咯的微观形貌及聚吡咯铝电解电容器的电容量C、等效串联电阻Res以及电容器的高温稳定性能的影响,同时对比了不同聚合电流密度下的聚吡咯的微观结构的SEM图。实验结果表明:3 m A·cm^(-2)的聚合电流密度下得到的聚吡咯铝电解电容器的电性能和高温稳定性能较佳。 Polypyrrole aluminum electrolytic capacitors were prepared using two-step method of chemical and electrochemical polymerization. The effects of electrochemical polymerization current density on capacitance,Res and thermal stability were investigated, and the microstructures of polypyrrole at different polymerization current density were observed by SEM. The results show that the capacitors possess good performance and thermal sta-bility when the polymerization current density is 3 mA·cm^-2.
