一种3-氟代丙酮酸的制备工艺

摘要 设计了一种合成3-氟代丙酮酸的方法,以草酸二乙酯、氟代乙酸乙酯为原料,以Na H为强碱催化剂,发生Claisen酯缩合反应,产物在浓盐酸中水解,脱羧,蒸馏得到3-氟代丙酮酸。产物总收率为70%以上,纯度可达99%以上。 A method for the synthesis of 3 -fluoro -pyruvate was studied, diethyl acetate and ethyl fluoroacetate as raw materials and NaH asa strong base catalyst, occurring the Claisen ester condensation reaction, then hydrolyzed and decarboxylated in concentrated hydrochloric acid, distillated to get 3 -fluoro pyruvate. The total yield of was 70% or more, the purity was up to 99% or more.
