摘要
药物晶型的不同,会影响药物的溶解度、溶出度、稳定性以及生物利用度等。改变药物晶型的方法一般有溶剂结晶,高分子材料诱导结晶,温度等。高分子材料的诱导为药物晶型的改变提供了一种新的思路和手段。综述了高分子材料对药物晶型的影响及特点。
Polymorphic forms of a drug substance can have different chemical and physical properties,including drug product stability, dissolution, and bioavailability. Crystal form transformation can be inducedby several process parameters, such as solvent, additives, temperature and etc.The polymer material induceddrug polymorphism transition is a kind of effective means to solve the problem of the difficult control of drugcrystal.
