餐饮垃圾固废处理技术研究进展

Progress on Food Waste by Solid Waste Management

餐饮固废垃圾由于其产量大、腐败变质产生有毒有害气体和传染病菌,对人和环境构成巨大威胁。采用高效且经济的固废处理技术不仅能有效解决餐饮固废垃圾占地面积大的问题,而且也能显著改善其对环境的污染情况。本文综述了餐饮垃圾固废处理技术的相关工艺研究,并对各个工艺的处理效果进行了对比,对未来餐饮垃圾固废处理技术进行了展望。

It poses a huge th re a t for food waste to people and the environment due to its food waste pro-duction, spoilage of produce toxic or harmful gases and infectious p ath o g en s. The economic and efficiency solid waste management can not only effectively solve the problem of food waste garbage covering a large area, but also can significant ly improve the pollut ion of the environm ent. This p ap e r reviewed the re se a rch process of food waste solid waste trea tmen t technology, and compared the trea tm en t effect of ea ch process on the treatment of solid waste. The food waste technology was p ro sp e c ted.
