摘要 以福建省漳州市古雷镇热电厂循环水工程箱涵出运安装为研究对象,通过对箱涵的气囊出运及助浮安装工艺的研究,分析气囊辅助安装箱涵的工艺理论可行性,从新的角度提出箱涵出运安装的施工工艺,并结合工程实践,在一定程度上节约施工成本,具有实际应用价值,为今后类似水工构件的施工提供新的思路,促进水工构件安装工艺的发展。 To study the transport and installation of box culvert which is utilized on circulating water system of a coal power plant project in Gulei Town, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. By analyzing the theoretical feasibility of the auxiliary airbag method assisting the installation of box culvert, we proposed the methodology of transport and installation process of box culvert from a new perspective. Combined with engineering practice, the construction cost is saved, which has practical application value, provides a new idea for the construction of similar hydraulic components in future, and promotes the further development of the installation technology of hydraulic components.
