摘要
目的以人血白蛋白和聚乙二醇衍生物为主要成份构建了外科手术封合剂水凝胶。方法抽取该院2015年8月—2016年5月收集的人血白蛋白/聚乙二醇衍生物水凝胶在5 d后即能降解60%,在12 d时仅残余少量水凝胶,具有良好的生物降解性。胀破强度试验结果显示聚人血白蛋白/聚乙二醇衍生物水凝胶的胀破强度(16.5±4.1)k Pa显著高于外用冻干人纤维蛋白粘合剂(1.3±1.0)k Pa。结果 L929细胞在人血白蛋白/聚乙二醇衍生物凝胶浸提液中形态正常,MTT检测表明人血白蛋白/聚乙二醇衍生物水凝胶无潜在的细胞毒性。结论聚乙二醇衍生物和人血白蛋白凝胶具有凝胶速度快、胀破强度高、组织粘附性好和细胞毒性低的特点,人血白蛋白/聚乙二醇衍生物水凝胶为肺部外科手术后封合提供了一种新的选择。
Objective to establish a surgical sealant based on the Human Albumin and polyethylene glycol derivatives as the main components.
