阿托伐他汀钙对急性脑梗死后血清基质金属蛋白酶-9和白介素-18的影响

摘要 目的研究阿托伐他汀钙对急性脑梗死后血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和白介素-18(IL-18)的影响。方法将乌鲁木齐市友谊医院2015年2月—2016年3月80例急性脑梗死患者按照奇偶数字法分为对照组(40例)与实验组(40例)。对照组采取常规治疗,实验组在此基础上应用阿托伐他汀钙。比较治疗前后两组血清MMP-9与IL-18。结果治疗后实验组患者血清MMP-9与IL-18表达水平(75.41±1.23)ng/m L、(75.71±19.64)pg/m L,较对照组更低,ESS评分(77.15±16.94)分,较对照组更高,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙可有效降低急性脑梗死后血清基质金属蛋白酶-9和白介素-18水平,改善患者神经功能。 Objective Study of atorvastatin cutting atorvastatin calcium on acute cerebral infarction after serum matrix MMP-9 and IL-18 effect. Methods 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction from February 2015 to March 2016 in Urumqi friendship hospital were divided into control group(40 cases) and experimental group(40 cases) according to parity digital method. The control group was treated with routine treatment, the experimental group was treated with atorvastatin calcium. The serum levels of MMP-9 and IL-18 were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the serum levels of MMP-9 and IL-18 expression in the experimental group were(75.41 ±1.23)(ng/ml),(75.71±19.64)(PG / ml), lower than the control group, the ESS score in the experimental group was(77.15±16.94)point, significantly higher than that in the control, there was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin atorvastatin calcium can effectively reduce the acute cerebral infarction serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and interleukin- 18 levels, the improvement of neurological function, and is worthy of popularization and application.
