探究急性脑卒中病灶发生部位与患者的睡眠障碍

Explore the Occurrence of Acute Stroke Lesion Site in Patients with Sleep Disorders

目的分析急性脑卒中病灶发生部位与患者睡眠障碍间的相关性关系。方法病例选择时间段为2015年1月—2016年1月,病例均来源于该院住院部收治急性脑卒中患者,共105例。根据患者是否出现睡眠障碍症状进行分组,其中50例患者为睡眠障碍组,55例患者为非睡眠障碍组。对两组患者临床资料进行回顾分析,研究病灶发生部位与患者睡眠障碍间的相关性关系。结果睡眠障碍组患者病灶发生部位以脑干部、基底部为主,构成比分别为30.00%(15/50)、30.00%(15/50),显著高于其他部位发病率,检验P<0.05,表示有统计学意义。睡眠障碍组脑干部构成比30.00%、基底部构成比30.00%显著高于非睡眠障碍组,检验P<0.05。病灶发生于脑干部(OR=3.285,P=0.002)以及基底部(OR=2.529,P=0.018)是导致急性脑卒中患者睡眠障碍的相关因素。结论急性脑卒中病灶发生部位集中于脑干部以及基底节部,上述因素是导致急性脑卒中患者出现睡眠障碍的主要因素,需引起临床重视。

Objective To analyze the correlation between the site and the relationship between sleep disorders in patients with acute stroke lesions occur. Methods Selection of cases for the period January 2015- January 2016, the cases were from our hospital treated patients with acute stroke unit, a total of 105 cases. Sleep disorder symptoms according to whether the patient group, 50 patients had sleep disorders group, 55 patients non-sleep disorder group. The clinical data of patients were analyzed retrospectively studied the correlation relationship between the occurrence of the lesion site and sleep disorders among patients. Results Sleep disorders in patients with lesions occurred in brain cadres, in the basal part of the main, the composition ratio of 30.00%(15 / 50), 30.00%(15 / 50), respectively was significantly higher than that of disease in other parts of the rate, test P value < 0.05, with statistical significance. In the sleep disorder group, the brain cadre composition was significantly higher than that in the 30% and the basal parts, and the value was higher than that in the non sleep disorder group, and the P value was 0.05. OR=2.529(OR=3.285),(P=0.002) and basal(P=0.018) are the related factors of sleep disorders in patients with acute stroke. Conclusion The occurrence of acute stroke lesion site focused on brain stem and basal ganglia portion of the above are the main factors leading to acute stroke patients with sleep disorders, to be paid attention.
