一次性根管充填加根尖切除治疗慢性根尖瘘管临床探讨

Clinical Study of Chronic Apical Fistula off Root Canal Apical Resection Plus

目的探讨一次性根管充填加根尖切除治疗慢性根尖瘘管的临床疗效。方法采用抽签法将开封市中心医院口腔科2014年1月—2015年2月期间105例慢性根尖瘘管门诊患者进行分组,对照组52例给予常规根管治疗,观察组53例给予一次性根管充填加根尖切除治疗,观察两组术后总有效率及一年后复诊总有效率对比。结果近期疗效观察组有效45例(84.90%)高于对照组35例(67.30%),P<0.05;远期疗效观察组48例(90.56%)高于对照组37例(71.15%),P<0.05;治疗期间,105例患者未见任何药物相关不良反应。结论一次性根管充填加根尖切除治疗慢性根尖瘘管的疗程短,效果确切,操作简单,治愈率高,值得临床进一步推广与应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy plus a one-time root apical resection for chronic apical fistula canal. Methods Balloting method Kaifeng Central Hospital of Stomatology January 2014 to February 2015 105 cases of chronic apical fistula outpatient group, 52 cases in the control group received conventional root canal treatment, observation group, 53 cases for one-time root c ANAL f ILLING apical resection, observed total effective rate and postoperative year after referral total contrast efficiency. Results Of the recent group effective 45 cases(84.90%) higher than 35cases(67.30%), P <0.05; Long term effect of 48 cases(90.56%) higher than 37 cases(71.15%), P<0.05; during treatment, 105 patients did not show any drug-related adverse reactions. Conclusion Off root canal apical resection plus chronic apical fistula short course, the exact effect, simple operation, high cure rate, worthy of further promotion and application.
