养老护理人才培养模式能力测评量表的信度和效度研究

Reliability and Validity Study of Personnel Training Mode Capability Assessment Scale in Endowment Nursing

目的检测养老护理人才培养模式能力测评量表的信度和效度。方法采用回顾文献和分层抽样调查方法,参考≤教学规划纲要≥制定的人才培养模式测评标准,通过对高校教授调查,形成养老护理人才培养模式能力测评量表,并对9所高职院校2015年1月—2016年1月的270名学生进行调查,对测评量表的信度和效度进行分析。结果共收集252份量表,养老护理人才培养模式能力测评量表共有4个维度10个条目组成,总量表内容效度比（CVR）0.941,内部一致性Cronbach’s系数0.947,各分维度Cronbach’s系数0.845~0.921之间,总量表折半信度系数0.934,均大于0.9,在可接受范围内。结论该养老护理人才培养模式能力测评量表具有较好的效度和信度,适用于我国养老护理人才培养模式能力的测评分析。

Objective To detect the reliability and validity of personnel training mode ability assessment scale in en-dowment nursing. Methods By reviewing literature and stratified sampling survey method, and reference to personnel training mode of the teaching plan for the personnel training standard. endowment nursing personnel training mode ca-pability evaluation scale were completed through professor investigation in universities, and 270 students from 2015-1 to 2016-1 in nine colleges were conducted, and the reliability and validity of scale were analyzed. Results a total of 252 questionnaire collection, old-age nursing personnel training mode capability assessment scale had a total of four dimensions and ten items. The CVR were 0.941,and Cronbach ＇s coefficient of internal consistency were 0.947, each dimension Cronbach＇ s coefficient were between 0.845 to 0.921, the total table of binary reliability coefficient were 0.934 too, and there were greater than 0.9 and being in an acceptable range. Conclusion The endowment nursing per-sonnel training mode capability assessment scale has good validity and reliability, and it suitable for China＇s endow-ment nursing personnel training mode capability assessment analysis.
