摘要
目的探讨锥形束CT应用于盆腔肿瘤放射治疗摆位中的临床价值。方法选取该院2014年5月—2015年5月收治的接受放射治疗的盆腔肿瘤患者80例,运用锥形束CT扫描,获取扫描图像。记录扫描结果,对扫描结果超过误差限度的患者进行重新扫描。结果 80例患者身体左右、人体头脚、前后方的误差值在纠正后明显减小,纠正方向包括平移和旋转方向,纠正前和纠正后的误差具有显著差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锥形束CT应用于盆腔肿瘤放射治疗摆位中,可以极大减小盆腔肿瘤放射治疗中的摆位误差,提高放射治疗的精确性。值得在临床中大力推广。但是患者在治疗中会出现消瘦等现象,会影响摆位误差值,因此在后期检查中需要注意这些变化,尽量减少测量误差。
Objective To study the cone beam CT is applied to the diagnosis of pelvic tumor radiotherapy beam posi-tion. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015 ,treated 80 cases of the pelvic tumor treated with radiation therapy, using cone beam CT scan, scan images. Record scanning results, patients with more than the result of the scan error limit for scanning again. Results 80 cases of patients around the body, the human head foot, the computer significantly de-creased after correcting the error of the values, correct direction including translation and rotation direction, correct has significant difference before and after correcting the error, with statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Cone beam CT is applied to the place of pelvic tumor radiation therapy, can greatly reduce the beam position error in pelvic tumor radiation therapy to improve the accuracy of radiotherapy. It is worth promoting in clinical. But due to appear in the treatment of patients with angular wait for a phenomenon, affects placement error value, so need to pay attention to the changes in the later inspection, minimize the measurement error.
