参松养心胶囊对老年COPD伴心律失常患者心功能、呼吸功能的影响

Effect of Shensongyangxin Capsule on Cardiac and Respiratory Function in Elderly COPD Patients with Arrhythmia

目的研究参松养心胶囊对老年COPD伴心律失常患者心功能、呼吸功能的影响。方法选取该院2014年1—12月收治的90例COPD伴心律失常老年患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。两组患者除采取呼吸及心血管疾病常规治疗外,对照组加用美西律治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用参松养心胶囊治疗。治疗后,比较两组患者的心功能和呼吸功能。结果治疗4周后,观察组总有效率为91.11%,与对照组64.44%比较显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、及6MWT分别为(1.86±0.67)L、(64.28±21.06)%、(431.42±46.91)m,与对照组(1.51±0.54)L、(53.51±14.22)%、(396.36±41.97)m比较显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊能有效调整老年COPD伴心律失常患者心律,改善患者心功能及呼吸功能,临床效果显著,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of shensongyangxin capsule on cardiac and respiratory function in elderly COPD patients with arrhythmia. Methods From Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2014, a total of 90 elderly COPD patients with ar-rhythmia who accepted treatment in our hospital were taken as the clinical research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into observation group（45 cases）and control group （45 cases）.All of these patients were treated with conventional therapy for respiratory and cardiovascular diseases. Besides, the control group received additional mexile-tine, and the observation group received additional shensongyangxin capsule in order to compare their cardiac and res-piratory function. Results 4 weeks after treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11% which was significantly higher than that of the control group 64.44%, The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the FEV1, FEV1/FVC and 6MWT of the observation group were respectively（1.86±0.67）L,（64.28±21.06）% and（431.42± 46.91）m which were significantly higher than those of the control group（1.51±0.54）L,（53.51±14.22）% and （396.36± 41.97）m,The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shensongyangxin capsule whoseclinical effect is remarkable can effectively adjust rhythm and improve cardiac and respiratory function in elderly COPD patients with arrhythmia.
