摘要 微小RNA(miRNA)是一类内源性非编码小分子RNA,广泛存在于动植物细胞体内,在人体内负责调控将近1/3的基因,参与到某些人类肿瘤形成的过程中。近年来,关于微小RNA家族在多种人类肿瘤中的研究越来越频繁。miR-99a(microRNA-99a)属于miR-99家族,在多种人类恶性肿瘤中呈现低水平表达。该文简单回顾了miR-99a的近期相关研究,并主要通过文献复习了其在泌尿系统三大肿瘤:膀胱癌、肾癌、前列腺癌中的一些研究进展,发现miR-99a在膀胱癌、肾癌、前列腺癌组织或其肿瘤细胞中均呈低表达,并且通过质粒转染等方法上调其在肿瘤细胞中的表达后发现其高表达能抑制肿瘤的生长,可展望其对于泌尿系肿瘤的诊断、治疗、预后的潜能。 Micro RNA (miRNA) are a class of endogenous non-coding small molecule RNA, widely found in plant and animal cells in vivo, being responsible for the regulation of genes in nearly a third inhuman and participating in certain processes in human tumor formation.In recent years, research on micro-RNA family in a variety of human tu-mors becomes more frequent.MicroRNA-99a belongs to miR-99 family which shows a low level expression in a variety of human malignancies. This article simply reviews recent studies of miR-99a and studied its progress in three major urological tumors: bladder cancer, kidney cancer, prostate cancer,through literature review.We found that miR-99a also shows a low expression in these tomors and its high expression(by plasmid transfection) is able to inhibit the progress of these tomors,which prospects for urinary tract cancer diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of potential.
