常规凝血检验项目对异位妊娠大出血输血治疗不良反应监测的价值探究

The Value of Routine Coagulation Tests in the Monitoring of Adverse drug Reactions in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy Bleeding

目的探讨常规凝血检验项目对异位妊娠大出血输血治疗不良反应监测的价值。方法选择2013年9月—2015年12月期间在该院接受输血治疗且出现不良发应的异位妊娠大出血患者53例和未出现不良反应的患者53例作为研究对象,以是否出现治疗不良反应为依据将患者划入观察组和对照组,均接受输血治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的FIB、TT、APTT 3项指标变化情况。结果两组患者输血治疗前凝血指标检测结果差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,输血治疗后,观察组患者治疗后FIB(2.06±0.02)g/L,TT(32.84±3.58)s,APTT(43.98±6.25)s,观察组FIB水平低于对照组,TT、APTT水平高于对照组,观察组血常规指标改善程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论异位妊娠大出血输血治疗出现不良反应的患者常规凝血检验指标劣于未出现不良反应患者,表明常规凝血检验项目在异位妊娠大出血输血治疗不良反应监测中有很高的临床应用和推广价值。

Objective To study the routine blood coagulation inspection items for the treatment of ectopic pregnancy bleeding, blood transfusion adverse reactions monitoring value. Methods In September 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital during the period of transfusion therapy and adverse reaction of ectopic pregnancy hemorrhage in 53 patients with and without adverse reactions to patients and 53 cases as the research object, based on whether treatment of adverse reactions to patients as observation group and control group, both blood transfusion treatment, compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of FIB, TT and APTT, the change of the three indicators. Results Two groups of patients before blood transfusion treatment coagulation index test results, there was no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05, transfusion therapy, observation group of patients after treatment FIB（2.06±0.02） g/L, TT（32.84±3.58） s, APTT（43.98±6.25） s, observation group FIB levels lower than the control group, TT and APTT level higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ectopic pregnancy bleeding,blood transfusion treatment appear adverse reaction of patients with normal blood coagulation tests index inferior to does not appear adverse reactions to patients, showed that conventional coagulation test project in ectopic pregnancy bleeding, blood transfusion in the treatment of adverse drug reactions monitoring has a high value of clinical application and popularization.
