摘要
目的讨论急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者全球急性冠脉综合症注册研究(global registry of acute coronary events,GRACE)危险评分同冠状动脉病变严重程度间的关系。方法选取2014年11月—2016年3月在该院心内科连续入院的急性冠脉综合症患者200例。收集患者入院时病史、体征、心电图变化、生化检查、冠脉病变情况治疗情况等各项临床指标并进行GRACE危险评分,依据评分中规定将患者分为高危组52例、中危组78例、低危组70例,探究ACS患者GRACE评分同冠脉病变间的关系。结果 GRACE危险评分与冠状动脉狭窄的支数的相关系数为r=0.376,P=0.001;高危组同中危组(89.43±21.22)、低危组(54.43±13.37)Geninis积分间的差异有统计学意义(t=6.864、8.013;P<0.01);中危组(64.42±17.79)同低危组间差异有统计学意义(t=2.613,P=0.037)。线性回归分析结果表示GRACE危险评分与Geninis积分的相关系数为r=0.335,P=0.007。结论 GRACE危险评分同冠状动脉病变严重程度间的正相关关系明显,可为ACS病变提供较高价值的预测。
Objective Purpose To Evaluate the patients with acute coronary syndrome in patients with coronary artery lesions by GRACE score. Methods Selected 200 cases of acute coronary syndrome patients in our hospital Cardiology continuous admission from November 2014 to March 2016. Collected Clinical parameters as follows： history, signs, ECG changes, biochemical tests, treatment of coronary lesions and other patients on admission and GRACE risk score, according to the rating specified in 52 cases of patients were divided into high-risk group, intermediate risk group 78 cases, low-risk group, 70 cases of ACS patients, to explore the relationship between ACS patients with coronary artery disease and GRACE score. Results The correlation coefficient GRACE risk score and coronary stenosis is the number of branches r = 0.376, P = 0.001; high-risk group in the same risk group（89.43 ± 21.22）, low-risk group（54.43 ± 13.37）Geninis integral difference between average having statistically significant（r = 6.864,8.013; P〈0.01）; risk group（64.42± 17.79） d have the same among low-risk group was statistically significant（r = 2.613,P = 0.037）. Linear regression analysis indicates a correlation coefficient GRACE risk score is integral with Geninis r = 0.335, P = 0.007. Conclusion GRACE risk score with a positive correlation between the severity of coronary artery disease significantly, providing a high predictive value for the ACS lesions.
