局部注射曲安奈德和积雪苷治疗病理性瘢痕的疗效

Curative Effect of Treating Pathological Scar with Local Injection of Triamcinocone and Asiaticoside Treatment

目的探讨局部注射曲安奈德和积雪苷治疗病理性瘢痕的疗效。方法选取2012年12月—2015年6月在长春市中心医院整形美容科进行治疗的病理性瘢痕患者244例,按照住院时间的顺序分为两组各122例,对照组给予局部注射曲安奈德治疗,观察组给予局部注射曲安奈德和积雪苷治疗,比较两组的瘢痕厚度评分、治疗有效率和不良反应。结果观察组治疗后瘢痕厚度评分为(2.16±0.54)分,治疗有效率为99.2%,对照组治疗后瘢痕厚度评分为(2.98±0.78)分,治疗有效率为82.0%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.6%,对照组不良反应发生率为8.2%,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论局部注射曲安奈德和积雪苷治疗病理性瘢痕的临床效果满意,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of local injection of Cu Ann Ned and the therapeutic effect of the treatment of pathological scar. Methods From December 2012 to June 2015 in the Central Hospital of Changchun City Department of plastic and cosmetic surgery of 244 patients in the treatment of pathological scars were selected, according to hospitalization time sequence is divided into two groups, each group of 122 cases. Patients in control group were treated by local injection of triamcinolone acetonide for treatment, the observation group given local injection of triamcinolone acetonide and treatment, compared with two groups of scar thickness score, treatment effective rate and adverse reaction. Results Observation group after treatment, the thickness of the scar score for（2.16±0.54）points, and the effective rate was 99.2%, after the control treatment group, scar thickness score for（2.98±0.78）points, effective rate of treatment was 82.0%（P〈0.05）; adverse reactions observed incidence was 6.6%, control group, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 8.2%（P〉0.05）.the difference was staristically significant.
