牙冠延长术在口腔修复中的应用效果探讨

目的探讨分析牙冠延长术在口腔修复中的应用效果。方法随机选取2014年2月—2016年2月该院收治的60例牙体缺损患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组患者治疗采用传统的牙龈切除术,观察组患者治疗采用牙冠延长术,记录两组患者的治疗效果并进行比较分析。结果观察组患者治疗采用牙冠延长术,其中显效24例,有效6例,有效率为100%,所有的牙齿断端在术后均暴露断端,术后一周术区牙龈有发红,轻度水肿现象,6周后牙龈颜色恢复正常,且外形良好,术后半年均恢复正常;对照组患者治疗采用传统的牙龈切除术,其中显效13例,有效13例,无效4例,有效率为86.7%,术后有4颗患牙被牙龈覆盖未暴露断端,其余患牙断端均暴露,术后一周有发红,出血症状,术后半年均恢复正常。两组比较各项指标均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙冠延长术能够在确保生物学宽度的条件下进行牙齿的修复,对患牙的修复效果良好,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective Discussion on Application Effect Analysis crown lengthening surgery in the oral cavity repair.Methods Randomly selected in February 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital 60 cases of patients with dental defects, according to the table of random numbers divided into control group and observation group, 30 patients in the control group of patients in each treatment with traditional gum surgery, treatment group were observed in patients with crown lengthening surgery, the treatment groups were recorded will be compared and analyzed. Results Treatment group were observed in patients with crown lengthening surgery, including 24 cases markedly effective in 6 cases, the effective rate was 100%, all of the teeth are exposed stump stump after surgery, a week after surgery gingival redness,mild edema, gingival color returned to normal after six weeks, and in good shape, after six months were normal; control group, patients with traditional gum surgery, in which 13 cases were markedly effective in 13 cases, 4 cases, the effective rate was 86.7 %, there are four teeth after being covered with gum unexposed stump, stump remaining teeth were exposed, after a week there is redness, bleeding, after six months were normal. The indicators are two groups have significant difference（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Crown lengthening surgery can be performed to repair a tooth width in ensuring the biological condition of the teeth restoration to good effect, worthy of clinical application.
