乳腺癌患者化疗期进行综合性护理干预的必要性和有效性研究

The Necessity and Effectiveness of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Patients with Breast Cancer During Chemotherapy

目的探讨乳腺癌化疗期实施综合护理干预的效果。方法选择2015年1月—2016年1月收治的乳腺癌化疗患者158例,随机分为两组各79例,观察组实施综合护理干预,并与实施常规护理的对照组比较,对比化疗不良反应、Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)、SF-36量表评分。结果干预后观察组SAS评分[(35.24±3.61)、SDS评分(36.25±5.25)分均低于对照组(45.26±3.26)、(47.22±4.68)]分(P<0.05);干预后观察组SF-36各维度评分[(75.45±3.79)、(72.26±3.95)、(59.26±5.77)、(72.67±4.46)分,(71.33±4.67)、(65.46±4.68)、(69.52±5.14),(77.90±4.64)高于对照组(69.93±5.16)、(65.82±3.85)、(51.92.±5.24)、(67.22±3.56)、(65.92±4.04)、(58.78±3.74),(62.24±5.63)、(61.34±5.56)(P<0.05)]。结论乳腺癌化疗期实施综合护理干预能够减少不良反应,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on breast cancer during chemotherapy. Methods 158 cases of January 2015 to January 2016 breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, were randomly divided into for the comprehensive nursing intervention was implemented in two groups of 79 cases in each group, the observation group, and with the introduction of routine nursing group and the control group was compared contrast side effects of chemotherapy, Zung＇s self rating anxiety self rating scale（SAS） and depression self rating scale（SDS） and SF-36 scores. Results After the intervention, SAS score of observation group was（35.24 ±3.61）points, SDS score（36.25±5.25）points were lower than the control group（45.26±3.26）points,（47.22±4.68）points（P〈0.05）; intervention observation group all the dimensions of SF-36 score [（75.45 ±3.79）,（72.26±3.95）,（59.26±577） and（7.267±4.46）,（71.33±467）,（65.46±4.68）,（69.52±5.14）, 77.90±4.64）] higher than that of the control group [（69.93±5.16）,（65.82±385）,（51.92±5.24）,（67.22±3.56）,（65.92±4.04）,（58.78±374）,（62.24±5.63）,（61.34±5.56）]points（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the adverse reaction and improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer during chemotherapy.
