摘要
急性脑梗死,又可以称为急性缺血性脑卒中,是指各种原因所致脑部血流障碍,导致脑组织缺血、缺氧性坏死,出现相应神经功能缺损的一类临床综合征。急性脑梗死是脑卒中最常见的类型,约占全部脑卒中的60%-80%,急性期一般是指发病2周内。急性脑梗死的处理强调早期诊断、早期治疗、期康复和预防复发。
