摘要
目的研究并探讨血小板衍生生长因子-BB(PDGF-BB)在脑外伤合并骨折患者血液中的表达及临床意义。方法于2015年7月—2016年7月,在石河子大学医学院第一附属医院骨一科及神经外科住院的患者中,选取40例脑外伤合并骨折患者、40例单纯骨折患者、40例单纯脑外伤患者设置为A组、B组、C组,另选取同期在我院进行健康体检者的40名健康体检者设置为对照组。于伤后第1、7、14、30天采集空腹静脉血液,对这四组血液样本进行PDGF-BB测定。A组、B组患者于骨折手术后4周、8周、12周进行X线片复查,比较其骨痂宽度、密度。结果伤后第1、7、14、30天,B组的PDGF-BB表达水平(192.46±29.12)ρg/m L,(229.45±37.03)ρg/m L,(305.31±52.75)ρg/m L,[(432.83±67.54)ρg/m L)明显低于A组(P<0.05)。骨折手术后4、8、12周,两组的骨痂密度均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组的骨痂宽度(18.45±3.56)mm,(22.07±3.90)mm,(26.89±4.13)mm均明显大于B组(P<0.05)。结论 PDGF-BB的表达水平随着骨折患者的骨折愈合过程而逐渐增高,且在脑外伤骨折患者的骨折愈合过程中起到了重要的作用。
Objective To study and investigate the effects of platelet-derived growth factor-BB(PDGF-BB) on the expression and clinical significance in patients with brain injury associated with fracture. Methods In July 2016 to December 2015, in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University Department of Orthopaedics and Department of Neurosurgery hospital patients, 40 cases of traumatic brain injury combined with fracture patients, 40 cases of fracture patients, 40 cases of traumatic brain injury patients were selected and set to A group, B group, C group, 40 cases of healthy persons for health examination in our hospital were selected and set to the control group. After injury first days,seventh days, fourteenth days, thirtieth days of fasting venous blood were cryopreserved, PDGF-BB was measured. A of the four groups of blood samples, group B After fracture operation for 4, 8, 12 weeks of X-ray examination, bone width and density were compared. Results First days after injury, seventh days, fourteenth days, thirtieth days,the expression level of PDGF-BB in B group(192.46±29.12)ρg/m L,(229.45 ±37.03)ρg/m L,(305.31 ±52.75)ρg/m L,(432.83±67.54)ρg/m L was significantly lower than that of A group(P0.05). After fracture operation for 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, there were no significant differences in bone density of callus of two group(P0.05), the width of bone callus in A group(18.45±3.56)mm,(22.07±3.90)mm,(26.89±4.13)mm were significantly larger than B group(P0.05). Conclusion The expression level of PDGF-BB increased gradually as the patients with fracture of fracture healing, fracture and fractures in patients with traumatic brain injury in the healing process has played an important role.
