雷贝拉唑联合西沙必利治疗胃食管反流性咽喉炎的临床疗效分析

Analysis on the Clinical Curative Effect of Rabeprazole Joint Cisapride Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Laryngitis

目的观察西沙必利联合雷贝拉唑治疗胃食管反流性咽喉炎的临床疗效。方法选择2013年1月—2015年12月收治的胃食管反流性咽喉炎患者76例,按患者就诊日期的单双号均分为研究组和对照组,各38例。两组患者均给予常规清咽、利喉、抗感染治疗。研究组患者在此基础上加用西沙必利联合雷贝拉唑进行治疗。两组疗程均为4~6周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、食管p H〈4时间的百分比、De Meester评分及临床症状总分。结果与治疗前比较,研究组治疗后第一信道、第二信道p H〈4时间的百分比及De Meester评分差异均有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）,而对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗后两组间临床症状总分和总有效率比较,研究组94.74%,显着优于对照组76.32%,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组患者均未见明显不良反应发生。结论西沙必利联合雷贝拉唑治疗胃食管返流性咽喉炎疗效和安全性较好,且能有效缓解患者的临床症状。

Objective To observe the Cisapride joint Rabeprazole the clinical curative effect of treatment of gastroesophageal reflux laryngitis. Methods Choice in January 2013 to December 2015 were angina patients, 76 cases of gastroesophageal reflux sex, according to the patient. The dates are divided into research group and the control group（given the number of cases in each group）, each 38 cases. Two groups of patients were given conventional qing pharynx and larynx, anti-infection treatment. Team add xisha will benefit patients on the basis of the joint rabeprazole azole for treatment. Two groups of a course of 4 ~ 6 weeks. Compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, esophageal pH 4 the percentage of the time, De Meester score and total scores of clinical symptoms. Results After treatment compared with before treatment, the team the first channel, second channel pH 4 time and percentage of De Meester score difference had statistical significance（P〈0.01）, while there was no statistically significant difference in the control group（P〈0.05）. Clinical symptom score between the two groups after treatment and the total effective rate comparison, the team 94.74%, significantly better than the control group 76.32%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Two groups of patients were not seen obvious adverse reaction occurred. Conclusion The Cisapride joint Rabeprazole treatment of gastroesophageal reflux laryngitis better efficacy and safety, and can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients.
