血站血液检验标本误差的原因分析及预防策略探究

目的分析血站血液检验标本误差的原因,进而提出对于血液检测标本误差进行预防的策略和方法。方法对于2015年1月—2016年1月期间我站所采集的误差标本共计100份,对这些误差标本产生的原因进行分析,进而提出相应的预防措施;结果经过对于100份误差样本进行研究和分析发现,出现误差的主要原因包括以下几个方面:标本采集原因(20%)、患者自身原因(25%)、标本送检原因(39%)以及标本检测原因(16%)。具体因素中排名前3的是送检时间过长(31%)、患者在检测前进食(17%)、血液量过少(11%)。结论血液检验样本的准确程度对于血液检测具有重要的意义,其误差样本的原因包括各个方面,在血液检测的过程中规范各个环节和操作,能够有效提高血液检测样本的正确率,从而有效提高血站血液检测的可靠程度。

Objective To analysis of blood samples and inspection error, and puts forward prevention strategies and methods for blood specimens for detection of errors. Methods For January 2015 to January 2016 I stand error specimens collected a total of 100, these errors were produced by analysis of the causes, and puts forward the corresponding prevention measures. Results After 100 parts of error samples for research and analysis found that the main reasons include the following error appears： specimen collection reasons（20%）, the patient＇s own reasons（25%）, specimens sent reason（39%） and specimens reason（16%）. The top three factors in particular submission is too long（31%） patients in the pre-test food（17%）, the amount of blood over（11%） less. Conclusion The degree of accuracy of the blood samples for blood detection has important significance. The sample error includes various aspects, in blood test specification for every process and operation, can effectively improve the correct rate of blood samples, thus effectively improving the reliability of the detection of blood.
