摘要
目的针对HbA1c与FPG联合检测在非内分泌科住院患者高血糖筛查中的作用进行分析研究。方法随机选择2013年1月—2015年6月期间,该院非内分泌科住院的高血糖高危患者120例(观察组),以及健康体检患者120名(对照组),作为该次研究的对象,对所有的患者实施HbA1c、FPG检测,分析检测结果。结果在该次研究中,观察组患者的中高血糖检出率为39.17%,对照组中高血糖检出率为5.833%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组患者的HbA1c值、FPG值显著的高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。针对观察组患者的HbA1c与FPG的相关性进行分析,FPG含量升高,HbA1c的含量也升高,所以呈现正相关。结论在高血糖的筛查中,实施HbA1c与FPG联合检测,可以提高检查的准确性,有较高的灵敏度,可以将HbA1c与FPG联合检测,作为高血糖筛查的诊断指标。
Objective To study the combined detection of Hb A1 c and FPG in non Department of Endocrinology inpatients hyperglycemia screening effect. Methods Randomly selected in our hospital in January 2013 to June 2015 in June, 120 high blood glucose in high-risk patients hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology patients(observation group), 120 patients and healthy patients(control group). As the research object, the implementation of Hb A1 c, all patients with FPG detection, and the result was analyzed. Results In this study, patients in the observation group in high blood glucose detection rate was 39.17%, the control group in high blood glucose detection rate was 5.833%, P 0.05, with statistical significance. The observation group of patients with Hb A1 c value of FPG was significantly higher than that of control group, P 0.05, with statistical significance. According to the analysis of correlation between Hb A1 c and FPG group were observed, FPG content increased, the content of Hb A1 c increases, so the conclusion showed a positive. Conclusion In the high blood sugar screening, the implementation of Hb A1 c and FPG joint detection, can improve the accuracy of the examination, there is a high sensitivity, can be combined with FPG detection Hb A1 c, as a diagnostic indicator of high blood glucose screening.
