护理风险管理在ICU护理管理中的应用探讨

目的探讨在ICU护理管理中护理风险管理所发挥的作用。方法抽选该院ICU病房在2013年2月—2014年2月期间收治的200例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组实施护理风险管理,对照组实施常规的护理,观察两组的护理效果,进行分析。结果实验组的患者的护理满意率98%、差错率5%、投诉率3%、风险率1%,对照组的护理满意率为82%、差错率为17%、投诉率为13%、风险率为16%,实验组的优势较为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理人员的操作水平、应急能力、服务质量均较对照组有所提高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理是ICU病房有效的护理手段,可以有效的防止潜在风险的发生,对于患者的康复、医患关系的协调有着明显的作用。

Objective To explore the role of management in ICU nursing care risk management play. Methods Decimated our hospital ICU ward in February 2013 to February 2014 period were treated 200 patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, the experimental group of nursing risk management, controls the implementation of routine care, observe two care effect group analysis. Results Patient care satisfaction rate of 98% in the experimental group, the error rate of 5%, 3% complaint rate, the risk rate of 1% in the control group care satisfaction rate of 82%, the error rate was 17%, 13% of complaints, risk rate 16% of the more obvious advantages of the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the operation of the nursing staff level emergency response capacity, quality of service has improved compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ICU ward nursing risk management is an effective means of care, can effectively prevent the occurrence of potential risks for the rehabilitation of patients, coordinating doctor-patient relationship has a significant role.
