预见性护理干预在改善整形美容者的焦虑和抑郁心理的效果

The Effect of Improving Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Plastic Surgery with Predictive Nursing Intervention

目的探究预见性护理干预在改善整形美容者的焦虑和抑郁心理中的作用。方法选取2014年5月—2016年5月于该院整形外科进行手术的患者82例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例,给予对照组患者常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予预见性护理,比较两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、治疗依从性评分。结果干预前,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的SAS评分(37.18±3.52)分均明显低于干预前的(55.60±4.84)分及对照组的(52.10±4.19)分(P<0.05),观察组患者的SDS评分(34.13±4.26)分均明显低于干预前的(56.04±6.22)分和对照组的(50.51±5.93)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗依从性评分(35.18±3.97)分明显优于对照组(15.31±3.45)分。结论给予整形美容者预见性护理可明显缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of improving anxiety and depression in patients with plastic surgery with predictive nursing intervention. Methods Seleted 82 patients with plastic surgery in in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016,were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table, 41 cases in each group, given to the control group received routine nursing intervention, observation group, the patients in the control group based on the given predictive nursing, compared two groups of SAS score and SDS score, treatment adherence score. Results Before intervention, two groups of patients with SAS, SDS score was no difference（P0.05）; After the intervention, the observation group of patients with SAS score（37.18±3.52）points were significantly lower than before the intervention（55.60±4.84）points and control group（52.10±4.19）points, the observation group of patients with SDS score（34.13 ±4.26）points were significantly lower than before the intervention（56.04 ±6.22）points and the control group（50.51 ±5.93）points, Observation group treatment adherence score（35.18 ±3.97）points is superior to the control group（15.31±3.45）points. Conclusion The patient＇s anxiety and depression can be relieved obviously by the predictive nursing, and the compliance of the patients with plastic surgery can be improved.
