心理干预在慢性前列腺炎患者护理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Psychological Intervention in Nursing Care of Patients with Chronic Prostatitis

目的探究心理干预在慢性前列腺炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取该院泌尿外科收治的70例慢性前列腺炎患者作为此次的研究对象,患者入院时间为2012年3月—2015年5月期间,经信封式随机分组的方式将其分为2组,分别为对照组与观察组,各35例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组进行常规护理联合心理干预,对比两组患者的症状自评量表(SCL-90)及生活质量评分情况。结果观察组患者的躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性各项评分分别为(1.21±0.34)分、(1.25±0.36)分、(1.12±0.21)分、(1.31±0.42)分均明显低于对照组,P<0.05,观察组患者的强迫、人际关系、敌对、恐怖及偏执与对照组对比差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;同时观察组患者的躯体功能、物质功能、社会功能及心理功能各项评分分别为(70.08±9.72)分、(75.87±10.13)分、(73.15±9.98)分及(72.67±9.64)分,均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论心理干预在慢性前列腺炎患者的护理中,护理效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention in nursing care of patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods A total of 70 cases of patients with chronic prostatitis patients as the research object, the time of hospitalization during March 2012 to May 2015, the envelope randomization will be divided into two groups, respectively,the control group and observation group, 35 cases in each, the control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group of routine nursing and psychological intervention, compared two groups of patients with symptoms self rating scale（SCL-90） and quality of life scores. Results Observation group of patients with somatization, depression, anxiety, psychoticism of various grades respectively（1.21 ±0.34）points,（1.25 ±0.36）points,（1.12 ±0.21）points,（1.31 ±0.42）points were significantly lower than the control group, P〈0.05, the observation group of patients with force, human relations, hostility, horror and paranoid no obvious difference compared with control group, P〈0.05; And observation group of patients with physical function, physical function, social function and mental function score（70.08±9.72）points,respectively（75.87±10.13）points,（73.15±9.98）points and（72.67±9.64） points, were significantly higher than that of control group, P〈0.05.
