康复新液联合奥美拉唑对胃溃疡的治疗效果分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with Omeprazole on Gastric Ulcer

目的探讨康复新液联合奥美拉唑对胃溃疡的治疗效果。方法选取该院2014年12月—2015年12月86例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例,对照组应用奥美拉唑进行治疗,观察组应用奥美拉唑联合康复新液进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的有效率为95.35%,对照组的有效率为83.72%,观察组高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为4.65%,对照组的不良反应发生率为16.28%,观察组低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃溃疡患者应用康复新液联合奥美拉唑进行治疗,既能有效治疗患者的临床症状,也能降低患者不良反应的发生率,值得进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with omeprazole on gastric ulcer. Methods From December 2014 to December 2015,86 cases of gastric ulcer patients were selected as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group, control group treated with omeprazole observed group used omeprazole combined with Kangfuxin solution treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect. Results The effective rate of observation group was 95.35%, the control group was 83.72%, the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.65%, the adverse reaction rate of the control group was 16.28%, the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion For the treatment of gastric ulcers were treated with Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with omeprazole, both effective in the treatment of patients with clinical symptoms, but also can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients, it is worth further promotion.
