关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of Arthroscopic Micro Fracture in the Treatment of Knee Joint Cartilage Injury

目的探讨关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤的临床价值。方法选取该院膝关节软骨损伤患者60例,收治时间在2012年1月—2015年2月期间,分为两组,每组30例,对照组患者采用关节清理术治疗,观察组患者采用关节镜下微骨折术治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的膝关节活动度评分、疼痛评分、运动能力评分、手术平均时间、住院平均时间、总有效率。结果观察组患者治疗后膝关节活动度评分(75.34±2.54)分、疼痛评分(2.11±0.33)分、运动能力评分(80.21±3.45)分、手术平均时间(80.21±3.45)min、住院平均时间(8.27±2.45)d、总有效率86.67%显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)差异均有统计学意义。结论关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤具有良好的临床效果。

Objective To explore the clinical value of arthroscopic micro fracture in the treatment of knee joint cartilage injury. Methods Selected in our hospital 60 cases of patients with knee articular cartilage injury, were in January2012 to February 2015 period, divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group, control group were treated by joint debridement in the treatment, observation group were treated by arthroscopic microfracture surgery treatment, compared two groups of patients treatment of knee joint score, pain score, motor ability score, the average operation time, hospitalization average time, complication incidence. Results The patients in the observation group after knee joint activity score(7.534±2.54)points, pain scores(2.11±0.33)points, motor ability score was obtained(80.21±3.45) points, the average operation time was obtained(60.89±3.45) min, hospitalization time averaged(8.27±2.45) days, complication rate of86.67% was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),the difference was stcatistically significaht. Conclusion It has a good clinical effect in the treatment of knee cartilage injury with micro fracture under arthroscopy.
