106例康复训练辅以药物治疗小儿脑瘫的临床效果分析

106 Cases of Rehabilitation Training with Medication Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Pediatric Cerebral Palsy

目的探究康复训练辅以药物治疗小儿脑瘫的临床效果。方法选择2015年2月—2016年2月该院收治的106例小儿脑瘫患者为研究对象,依照患者年龄,将其分为4-6岁组（48例）和3岁以下组（58例）,实施康复训练辅以药物治疗方案,出院前,统计护理满意度以及治疗效果情况。结果患者护理满意度为98.11%。患者总治疗有效率为86.79%。对治疗结果进行统计,表明3岁以下患者的治疗效果明显比4-6岁者高,组间数据差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论证实对于小儿脑瘫者,以药物治疗为基础,实施康复训练,可提升患者家属护理满意度,提升治疗效果。值得进一步推广使用。

Objective To explore the rehabilitation training with drug treatment the clinical effect of pediatric cerebral palsy. Methods In February 2015 to February 2016, our hospital 106 cases of infantile cerebral palsy patients as the research object, According to patients' age, it can be divided into 4 to 6 years old group(48 cases) and 3 years old the following group(58 cases),and the implementation of rehabilitation training with drug treatment, the hospital, nursing satisfaction statistics and treatment effect. Results The patient care satisfaction was 98.11%. Patients with total effective rate of 86.79%. The treatment results are statistics, showed that the curative effect of patients under the age of three obvious higher than 4 to 6 years old, data statistical differences between groups, P < 0.05. Conclusion Confirmed for children with cerebral palsy, on the basis of drug treatment, rehabilitation training, can improve patients' families care satisfaction, improve therapeutic effect. Worthy of further promotion of use.
