生物反馈、电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼对产后盆底康复的疗效探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究产后接受生物反馈、电刺激与盆底肌锻炼对盆底康复的影响。方法选取该院2012年4月—2015年12月收治的400例足月分娩产妇,按照开始接受治疗的时间分为4组,每组100例,对照组不接受治疗措施,产后42、60、90 d组接受反复的生物反馈、电刺激与盆底肌锻炼。对4组盆底肌肌力、阴道肌电压与尿失禁情况进行对比。结果对照组与产后90 d组相比,产后60 d组与产后42 d组产妇的盆底肌肌力得到有效恢复,且产后42 d组(Ⅱ级占1%、Ⅲ级占2%、Ⅳ级占44%、V级占53%)的恢复效果最好(P<0.05);对照组与产后90 d组阴道肌电压μV与尿失禁发生率的对比,产后60 d组与产后42 d组产妇的阴道肌电压与尿失禁发生率有效改善,且产后42 d组的阴道肌电压(20.17±8.40)μV与尿失禁发生率4%改善效果最佳(P<0.05),且产后42 d组的阴道肌电压与尿失禁发生率改善效果最佳(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论产妇及早接受生物反馈、电刺激与盆底肌锻炼,可使盆底肌肌力有效提高,尿失禁发生率有效降低。 Objective Explore the postpartum accept biofeedback, electrical stimulation and pelvic floor muscle exercise on the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation. Methods Selection in our hospital in April 2012 to December 2015 admitted 400 cases of full term pregnant women, according to the treatment time to start is divided into four groups, each group of 100 cases, control group does not accept treatment, postpartum 42, 60, 90 d group received repeated biofeedback, electrical stimulation and pelvic floor muscle exercise. The voltage of the four groups of pelvic floor muscle,vaginal muscles were compared and urinary incontinence. Results Control group compared with postpartum 90 d group,postnatal 60 d group and postpartum 42 d maternal pelvic floor muscle effectively restore, and postpartum 42 group d(Ⅱ level accounted for 1%, Ⅲ accounted for 2%, Ⅳ accounted for 44%, V accounted for 53% of the best recovery effect(P < 0.05); Control group with postpartum 90 d group vaginal muscles voltage V and comparison of the incidence of urinary incontinence, postnatal 60 d group and postpartum 42 d maternal vaginal muscle voltage and effectively im-prove the incidence of urinary incontinence, and postpartum 42 d group vaginal muscles voltage(20.17±8.40) μV and the incidence of urinary incontinence 4% improve best effect(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significont.Conclusion Maternal early receiving biofeedback, electrical stimulation and pelvic floor muscle exercise, can make the pelvic floor muscle effectively increase, the incidence of urinary incontinence reduced effectively.
