摘要 针对当前产品需求评价和创新设计中存在的问题,提出了一种集成逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)与发明问题的解决理论(TRIZ)的产品设计方法,应用TOPSIS法,结合三角模糊数对产品需求进行综合评价,根据评价指标重要度的排序结果确定产品设计要解决的关键问题,应用TRIZ的系列参数与发明原理解决产品设计的创新问题,提出具体的产品设计方案。基于三角模糊TOPSIS与TRIZ的设计方法,集TOPSIS的评价优势与TRIZ的创造优势于一体,为产品创新设计提供了完整的评价和创新流程。通过插座设计实例验证了该方法的可行性和实用性。 For the existing problems in the product demand evaluation and innovation design,a method of product design integrating technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)and theory of inventive problem solving(TRIZ)is presented. Combined with triangular fuzzy number and the application of TOPSIS meth-od ,a comprehensive evaluation of product demand is made. The key problem to be solved in the design of the prod-uct is determined by the order of importance of evaluation index,the TRIZ series parameters and inventive princi-ples are applied to solve problems of innovation of product design,thereby to propose specific product design plan. Based on the design method of triangular fuzzy TOPSIS and TRIZ,integrating TOPSIS, s evaluation advantage with TRIZ’s creative advantage to provide complete evaluation and innovation process for product innovation design. The feasibility and practicability of the proposed method is verified by an example of socket design.
