长春经济技术开发区土地集约利用时空分析

Spatio-temporal Analysis of Land Intensive Use in Changchun Economic and Technological Development Zone

以长春经济技术开发区为研究对象,基于2008、2010、2012、2014年4轮评价时点构建具有目标、子目标、指标3个层次的评价指标体系,在统一的评价标准下对已开展的4轮评价结果进行对比分析,得到开发区土地利用集约度分值的变化,并制作扩展潜力分布图。结果表明,开发区土地集约利用整体水平不断提高,4轮的土地利用集约度分值分别为78.25、93.33、98.20、98.21分;工业用地建筑系数与工业用地固定资产投入强度等指标对土地集约利用水平提高的贡献率最大;扩展潜力整体下降,部分企业已逐渐退出开发区范围;土地集约利用潜力不能满足近期发展需要。

Taking Changchun Economic and Technological Development Zone as the research object, based on the four eval-uation points of 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2014, the evaluation index system was constructed, which was composed of three levels： target, sub target and index. Under the unified evaluation criteria, the four evaluation points of results have been compared and analyzed, and the change of land use intensity score in the development zone was obtained. The results showed that, the overall level of intensive land use in the development zone has been continuously improved, and intensive degree scores of the four round were 78.25, 93.33, 98.20 and 98.21, respectively; industrial land building coefficient and fixed assets investment in industrial land intensity index had the largest contribution rate to improve the level of land inten-sive use; expansion potential dropped overall, some enterprises had been gradually withdraw from the development zone; land intensive use potential could not meet the needs of recent development.
