止嗽散对阻塞性肺气肿患者肺功能的影响分析

Cough Powder on Obstructive Lung Function in Patients with Emphysema Analysis

目的观察止嗽散对阻塞性肺气肿患者肺功能的改善情况和用药安全。方法选取该院2013年10月—2015年12月治疗的75例阻塞性肺气肿患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予止嗽散,连续治疗三周,观察两组患者的临床疗效情况和药物不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率94.74%高于对照组78.39%,P<0.05;治疗组治疗后FEV1(1.31±0.27)L、PEF(3.52±0.34)L/S分别高于对照组FEV1(1.19±0.25)L、PEF(3.01±0.33)L/S,P<0.05。结论止嗽散通过缓解支气管痉挛、祛痰、镇咳、抗炎等作用能够明显改善肺功能治疗阻塞性肺气肿,结合西医治疗效果显著提高,值得临床使用。

Objective To observe Cough Powder obstructive lung function in patients with emphysema and improvement of drug safety. Methods Choose from October 2013 to December 2015 treatment of 75 patients with obstructive pulmonary emphysema, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Control group given conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group in the control group to check on the basis of syndromes, treatment for three weeks in a row, to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients and adverse drug reactions. Results The total efficiency of94.74 percent higher than 78.39%, P <0.05; after treatment FEV1(1.31 ± 0.27) L, PEF(3.52 ± 0.34) L / S were higher in FEV1(1.19 ± 0.25) L, PEF(3.01 ± 0.33) L / S, P <0.05. Conclusion Cough Powder by relieve bronchial spasm, expectorant, antitussive and anti-inflammatory effects can significantly improve lung function in emphysema treatment, combined with Western medicine treatment significantly increased, worthy of clinical use.
