激光溶脂术在睑袋整复术中的应用效果观察

Analysis on the Effects of Laser Lipolysis for the Treatment of Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty

目的探讨激光溶脂术在睑袋整复术中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月—2015年5月我院78例睑袋患者,随机将所选患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各39例,对照组采用常规经结膜入路睑袋整复术治疗,研究组采用经结膜切口激光溶脂技术治疗。综合比较两组患者手术时间、术区基本消肿时间、下睑皮肤形态恢复正常时间及并发症发生率的差异。结果研究组手术时间、基本消肿时间及下睑皮肤形态恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者出现皮肤瘀紫、下睑凹陷、眶隔内血肿及术区硬结等并发症发生率为10.3%,低于对照组的35.9%(P<0.05)。结论激光溶脂术应用于睑袋整复效果确切,对周围组织损伤小,术后并发症少,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effects of laser lipolysis for the treatment of lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Methods78 cases of lower eyelid bag patients in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group,each were39 cases.The control group were treated with conventional conjunctival approach eyelid bag reconstructive surgery.The research group were treated with laser lipolysis.The operative time,swelling time,lower eyelid skin shape recovery time and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The operative time,swelling time and lower eyelid skin shape recovery time of research group were shorter than control group(P <0.05).The complication rate of research group was10.3%, which was lower than 35.9% of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Laser lipolysis for the treatment of lower eyelid blepharoplasty is effective with minimal damage and fewer postoperative complications.It's worthy of clinical widely used.
