舒适护理在卵巢癌患者化疗依从性和副反应中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comfort Care on the Compliance and Side Effects of Chemotherapy in Patients with Ovarian Cancer

目的探究舒适护理在卵巢癌患者化疗依从性和副反应中的效果。方法选取该院于2013年12月—2015年11月收治的78例接受化疗治疗的卵巢癌患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各39例,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用舒适护理,对两组患者的化疗依从性和副反应进行对比分析。结果护理干预后,观察组与对照组的化疗依从性分别为100%和87.18%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在神经系统与胃肠系统的副反应发生人数分别为18例和12例,显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但在脱发、过敏及血液系统方面的副反应发生率与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论采用舒适护理对卵巢癌患者进行护理干预,可以明显提高患者化疗的依从性,减轻了部分不良反应,改善患者的预后情况,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comfort care on the compliance and side effects of chemotherapy in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods In our hospital in December 2013 to 2015 November 78 cases receiving chemotherapy in the treatment of ovarian cancer patients, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 39 cases, control group were treated with routine nursing, patients in the observation group were given the comfortable nursing, chemotherapy compliance and side effects of the patients of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Nursing intervention, the observation group and the control group of chemotherapy compliance were 100% and 87.18%, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P < 0.05); observation group patients in the nervous system and gastrointestinal system side reaction incidence of 18 cases and 12 cases respectively, significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05), but in the hair, allergy and hematological side effects occurred rate compared with the control group no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion The comfortable nursing for patients with ovarian cancer by nursing intervention, can significantly improve the compliance of patients undergoing chemotherapy, reduce the bad response and improve the prognosis of the patients, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
