摘要
klotho基因主要存在于肾脏及脑组织中,通过基因表达,产生两种蛋白物质:(1)膜结合型蛋白,即膜结合受体;(2)分泌型蛋白,即体液调节因子。以上两种蛋白物质,均对心血管疾病起到显著的保护效果,其作用途径为调节机体相关元素代谢,比如维生素D,再比如钙和磷等元素。另外,两种蛋白物质在抗衰老过程中的作用也不可忽视。据相关报道显示,klotho蛋白对人体的影响,还涉及到肾损伤、癌症以及其他代谢疾病。
