游离皮瓣移植术联合骨段滑移术治疗胫骨骨髓炎骨缺损的效果分析

Free Flap Transplantation for Treatment of Tibial Osteomyelitis Bone Defects in Combined Slip Bone Segment Analysis

目的分析游离皮瓣移植术联合骨段滑移术治疗胫骨骨髓炎骨缺损的效果。方法采用抽签法将郑州市骨科医院肿瘤骨病科2012年4月—2015年4月期间97例胫骨骨髓炎骨缺损患者进行分组,对照组48例行骨段滑移术治疗,观察组49例行游离皮瓣移植术联合骨段滑移术治疗,评价术后手术效果和生活质量情况。结果观察组术后12个月末优良率89.80%明显高于对照组72.92%,P<0.05;观察组手术后ADL评分(95.19±8.62)分明显高于对照组(79.98±8.55)分,P<0.05。结论游离皮瓣移植术联合骨段滑移术治疗胫骨骨髓炎骨缺损效果确切,能够促进骨缺损区域骨质愈合和提高生活质量,值得临床继续讨论。

Objective To analyze the free flap grafting treatment of tibial osteomyelitis bone defects of bone segments slip joint surgery. Methods The lottery method Hospital of Zhengzhou City, orthopedic bone disease department from April 2012 to April 2015 period 97 cases of tibial osteomyelitis bone defects were grouped, the control group underwent bone segment slip surgery treatment, observation group underwent free skin flap transplantation combined treatment of bone segments slip evaluate the effect of surgery and postoperative quality of life situations. Results The observation group were 12 at the end good rate 89.80% significantly higher than 72.92%, P〈0.05; observation group after surgery ADL score（95.19 ± 8.62）points significantly higher（79.98 ± 8.55） min, P〈0.05. Conclusion The free flap transplantation combined with bone segment slip treatment of tibial osteomyelitis bone defect exact effect, can promote bone healing and bone defect area to improve the quality of life is worthy of continued discussion.
