三维超声C平面在先天性子宫畸形诊断及分型中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探析三维超声C平面在先天性子宫畸形诊断及分型中的运用价值。方法选择该院2014年7月—2015年7月收治的先天性子宫畸形患者91例为研究对象,分别对其进行二维超声和三维超声检查,对两种检查方式的检查准确率和分型情况进行对比分析。结果三维超声的检查准确率为100%,明显高于对照组的56.04%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,三维超声的正常子宫、X型中隔子宫以及弓形子宫诊断率分别为13.19%、7.69%、19.78%,明显高于二维超声的0、0、2.22%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上将三维超声C平面运用在先天性子宫畸形诊断中,不仅可以提高准确率,在一定程度上还能准确分型,具有一定的推广和运用价值。 Objective To explore C plane three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of congenital uterine malformation type and the application value. Methods From July 2014- July 2015 treated 91 cases of patients with congenital uterine malformation as the research object, separately carries on the two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound examination, inspection accuracy with respect to the manner of two kinds of inspection and classification were analyzed.Results The three dimensional ultrasound examination accuracy was 100%, significantly higher than the control group,56.04% of the more significant difference(P〈0.05); At the same time, the three dimensional ultrasonic normal uterus, X septum uterus and bow uterine diagnostic rate were 13.19%, 7.69%, 19.78%, significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound 0, 0, 2.22%, compare the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Linical general C plane using three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of congenital uterine malformation, not only can improve the accuracy and to some extent, can accurate classification, has certain promotion and use value.
