鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年骨质疏松患者的效果分析

Effect of Salmon Calcitonin in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Os-teoporosis

目的探究鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年骨质疏松患者的效果。方法选取该院2014年3月—2015年2月收治的62例老年骨质疏松患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,各31例。观察组给予鲑鱼降钙素治疗,对照组通过钙剂药物治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组显效18例,有效12例,治疗总有效率97.77%;对照组显效11例,有效14例,治疗总有效率80.65%;组间比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗前、后,两组腰椎BMD比较,两组BMD均有一定改变,且观察组变化更加明显,且优于对照组和对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论老年骨质疏松经鲑鱼降钙素治疗,临床效果较好,同时可有效改善患者的临床症状,值得临床深入推广和应用。

Objective To explore the effect of salmon calcitonin in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods In our hospital from February 2015 to March 2014, 62 cases of elderly patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 31 cases. The observation group was treated with salmon calcitonin, and the control group was treated with calcium agent, and the clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results In the observation group, 18 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 97.77%; the control group was markedly effective in 11 cases, effective in 14 cases, the total effective rate was 80.65%; the comparison between groups, P 〈0.05. Before and after treatment, the two groups of lumbar BMD comparison, two groups of BMD have a certain change, and the observation group change is more obvious, and is better than the control group and the control group, the difference was significant, P 〈0.05. Conclusion The elderly osteoporosis by salmon calcitonin treatment, clinical effect is better, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
